When You're Stressed

You can avoid additional stress, embarrassment, mistakes and injuries if you just remember to slow down:

  • Talk slow.
  • Walk slow.
  • Work slow.
  • Think slow.

Also, monitor your self-talk. Your self-talk needs to be rational and comforting. Correct negative thoughts.
